Free delivery to a collection point for all orders of €100 or more!


1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

3. Carriers

Deliveries are primarily made via Mondial Relay , InPost , DHL , or bpost (depending on the destination and the option selected). The carrier is automatically selected based on your destination and the delivery method chosen during checkout.


4. Order tracking

A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time using this link.


5. Undelivered packages / Address errors

MAISON SERENA cannot be held responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • An incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


6. Customs & Taxes (Non-EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be levied by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and not MAISON SERENA.
